Attaching a flag to a staff

Insert a heavy duty rubber band to the top and bottom eylets of flag as shown in diagram.

Attach the top of the flag to the pole by wrapping electrical tape around the rubber band and pole three times. Repeat this for the bottom of the flag.
WARNING not suitable for flagpole use - Red Circle and Diagonal on top of black flag and flagpole.
