Step
One: Select the flags.
Finding the flag you want can be achieved several ways:

Use the Categories listing on the left hand side of the page

Use the Search text box, found in the top right hand corner of most pages. when
using the search facility, enter only the most important word (example
"america" if looking for the United states of America) there is no need to
enter the word flag in the search box.
When you have found the required flag check the details such as size, pack
quantity and price. then click the
button
The Shopping Cart page will then load.

Note, the Delivery Charges and Grand Total are coloured grey
indicating they have not been calculated, once the delivery details are entered
these totals will show. If you require other flags, handwavers, bunting,
patches or desk flags continue the process outlined in step one. If
you require more than one of the selected flags adjust the quantity shown on
the Shopping Cart page and click the
button
When you have added all the flags you require, the delivery details
need to be entered, click the
button
the Delivery Options page will load.

Select the Country and Delivery type, click the
button
The Shopping Cart page will re-load with the Delivery and Grand
Total amounts showing. You are now ready to proceed to step two - Checkout.
Step
2: Checkout
You should be at the Shopping Cart page, from here click the
button
The client Data page will load.

On the Client Data page enter the Billing and Shipping (Delivery)
details. Also, you may enter any comments. At the bottom of the Client Data
page are the radio buttons that enables you to select your preferred payment
option. The payment options are:

Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa and Bankcard accepted)

Direct Deposit
-
Mail/Fax - Use This option if you wish to pay by cheque, money
order. Credit card users who prefer not to transmit there credit card details
over the internet should also choose this option.
When all the necessary details have been entered click the
button
The Client Data Review and Payment Details page will load

Double check all details on this page, if a mistake has been made
in the billing or shipping details use the edit buttons. If a mistake has
been made or a flag forgotten in the shopping cart use the back arrow of your
browser to the shopping cart. The details you have entered in the client data
page will be retained.
The rest of the information and prompts shown on the 'Client Data Review and
Payment Details' page will depend on the payment option selected.

Direct Deposit option**: Details of A1 Flag's bank account are
shown so that you may make a Direct Deposit (this information is also included
in the confirmation email). Bank Details also detailed at the
Contact and Business details page.

Mail and Fax option: Print this page using the web browser print
function. Complete the details if paying by credit card, Include the payment if
paying by cheque or money order. Post or fax to address shown on
form. Address Details also detailed at the
Contact and Business details page. The ordering process for Mail
and Fax option is now complete, no order ID is issued and no record of
your order is kept on our online database. The instructions below do not apply
to this option.

The Order Completed page will load

Note the Order ID reference number, please quote this number with
any queries you might have. An email will be automatically generated and
sent to the email address supplied in the billing information, please review
this email to confirm that all your details and order is correct. That's it,
your order will arrive in the post. The delivery time depends on your
location and the mailing option chosen.

This Shopping Cart is simple to use and does all the calculations
automatically. We prefer you to place your orders online as it makes the
processing of your order at our end quicker and easier, because the invoicing,
credit card processing and packing labels are auto generated from the data you
enter. If however, you prefer to use the old fashioned paper order form or the
Shopping Cart does not function on your web browser, click on the following
link, print out the order form, get the relevant details from web page, enter
the details and post/fax to us at the address shown on form.
